A river of heaven

I took this photograph in Jordan walking to see the Treasury of Petra.
 
 I remember that day we had woken up at dawn to be the first to enter Petra, and find ourselves with one of the wonders of the modern world without the inevitable mass tourism, of which we are all part, when we embark on an adventure.
 
 But along the way, we had done so well, that we had plenty of time to appreciate the different rock formations of the stone and sand canyon, from which Petra was chiseled.
 
 A moment in solitude and a glance at the sky gave me this photograph.
