A lion on the road

A lion on the road

For me this lion was calculating how much energy it would have required to try to eat me, but being inside my car and seeing me not as a primate, but as a much larger animal, he decided to continue taking his nap.

I remember that day I woke up early in the morning to be the first to enter the Kruger National Park in South Africa, because no matter how hard I tried, I had not been able to see lions so far. Over time, I realized that the odds increased enormously if you got up early.
